Membership
OAI offers three levels of membership – large industry, mid-level businesses and small businesses. Industry membership provides a host of networking, communication and collaboration opportunities. In addition, OAI offers a suite of fee-for-service activities that can be structured to provide solutions to your company’s needs.
Small Business Network members receive exposure to OAI’s network of industry, university and government partners.

Choice of award type is driven by purpose of relationship:
- If the award is for a public purpose of support/stimulation or an objective authorized by statute, a grant or cooperative agreement is appropriate
- If the award is to accomplish a government requirement or to obtain a product or service for a government purpose, a procurement contract is appropriate
